Hannah
Managing Director
Designated Safegaurding Lead
Hannah is our lovely Manager here at Earlycare and is qualified with a Level 3 in Early Years.
Hannah has years of experience as a childminder and cares deeply for the children in her care. She is aspiring to create a home from home learning environment for our children to grow and flourish and inspires or staff to create that home form home love for our little ones.
Gemma
Deputy Co-Manager and SENDCo
Our Co- Manger Gemma works alongside Hannah to ensure that all aspects of nursery life are running smoothly and to a high standard. Also holding a level 3 in Early years and our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Co-Ordinator, Gemma is also working towards her level 5 qualification at Staffordshire University.
Natasha
Deputy Manager and Tweenie Room lead
Natasha is our brilliant Deputy Manger with a years of experience working with children from babies to pre-school. She is able to nurture our children with making that first big step as easy as possible for our little ones. Natasha holds a level 3 qualification in Early Years and has experience from other settings and roles.
Jenna
Primary school Teacher and Early Years Lead
Jenna is our Primary School Teacher with 10 years experience teaching in Early Years. She has a Masters Degree in Education and recently completed her NPQ in Early Years Leadership. Jenna is passionate about seeing our children succeed. She will be leading our Preschool to support our children to make the transition from Nursery to School as seamless as possible for our children.
Katie
Baby Room Lead and Deputy Safegauding Lead
Our caring Baby room lead Katie comes with a wealth of knowledge from her experience . Katie holds a level 5 in Early years. She is passionate about making the transition for our babies and parents into nursery life as easy as possible providing home from home love and care. Katie is currently working towards her Safeguarding Qualification.
Romi
Childcare Practitioner
Romi is one of our newer members of staff currently working towards her level 3 in early childcare.
Donna
Childcare Practitioner
Donna has a caring approach for our babies making the transition from home to nursery as seamless as possible for the children as well as the parents. Donna holds a level 3 in Early Years and has experience in both healthcare and childcare.
Becky T
Childcare Practitioner
Becky has a caring heart for each of our little ones. As well as holding her level three qualification in Early Years, Becky has experience from other settings and is a calming influence for our little ones.

Becky is our newly qualified level 3 practitioner. She has a caring heart for all of the children she is caring for. Striving to be the best she can be she is continuing to build on her qualifications to complete her Level 5 at University.
Imogen
Childcare Practitioner
Imogen is another one of our newer members of our lovely team. Imogen is currently working in our Tweenie Room.
Chloe
Childcare Practitioner
Chloe is our ball of energy in our Preschool room. She brings the fun factor to our whole nursery creating enriching activities that the children enjoy. She is currently working towards her level 3.
Kacey
Childcare Practitioner
Kacey is our loving Preschool practitioner working towards her level 3 in childcare. She has a passion for learning and has high standards to achieve this. This is shown each day with her relationships and care she has for each of our children.
Caitlin
Childcare Practitioner
Caitlin is our newest member of our loving team. She will be starting her level 3 in September and will be working in each room to gain her experience and care for our children.
Jo
Cook
Joanne is our brilliant cook and has 40 years experience in the catering industry. Joann knows everything there is to know and is passionate about providing healthy and nutritional meals for out children.....alongside sweet treats and bakes.

Cleaner
Jade is our very own sparkle. She makes sure that everything is gleaming for our children and keeping those little germs at bay.
